To create a customer account, simply click on the »Login« button in the menu bar, then on the »Registration« link in the login section and fill in the registration form. You can also easily create your customer account while placing your first order. In both cases, you will need to enter your email address and a secret password. With this data, you can then log in to your client account at any time, allowing you to view, verify, and manage your data.
In the main title of the main page, under “Login”, click on “Forgot your password?” And enter the e-mail address registered within the customer account. We will send you an email to enter your new password. You can then change this password as you like.
Once you have added the desired products to your cart, you can complete your order with the »To checkout« button. It is then advisable to create your own customer account, which you can conveniently do as a new customer during shopping, in which case you will remain logged in. Then there are a few steps (shipping details – payment method – confirmation) in the ordering process, and then you can close your order.
Unfortunately, you cannot use the coupons afterwards, this is not technically possible. If you forgot to use the coupon, you will be able to use it during your next purchase within the expiry date of the coupon.
Don’t worry, you may still be able to order the product you want in the future. However, unfortunately, we cannot say exactly when a product is available again. We are happy to send you a reminder when your product becomes available again. To do so, add the desired product to your wish list and we will notify you by e-mail when it is available.
If your order has not yet left our warehouse, you have the option to cancel it. Our warehouse will quickly reserve the pieces you have ordered, which is why it may not be possible to cancel your order even after a few minutes. If you have chosen PayPal or a credit card as your payment method, your order will only be completed after a successful payment process. Therefore, for these two payment methods, the payment confirmation will appear directly in your browser window
If credit card payment is not possible, there may be various reasons. For example, you may have entered your information incorrectly or there may be a technical error on our part. Alternatively, we can offer you the following payment methods: PayPal or cash on delivery.
If you have a coupon, you can enter the coupon code in the »Coupon code« field immediately before payment. Then, by clicking on the »Redeem« button, the discount is activated and the invoice amount of your order in your browser window is immediately reduced by the value of the coupon.
If you want to verify that your order was placed correctly, you can view it in the order confirmation we sent you via email. Alternatively, log in to our website with your email address and password, then click on »Your orders«. If you have any questions about your order, or you have not placed your order correctly, you can contact our customer service at email@example.com.
In case of collection in person, it is necessary to pick up the package within 2 working days after the confirmation of the order in our shop in the hall of the Semmelweis University Centre for Theoretical Medicine between 10 am and 4 pm. If the pickup does not take place within the given deadline, we will unfortunately not be able to hand the parcel over.
If a product delivered by us is not in any OK, bring it to us in person to Semmelweis University Center for Theoretical Medicine (1094 Bp., Tűzoltó utca 37-47). As soon as the product arrives to us and is checked, the refund process will start on the path you provided as the payment method. The customer service staff will be happy to help you with your complaint.

You will receive your refund the way specified as your payment method. In case of payment by card, the amount will be refunded to the specified account. In case of PayPal payment, the refund will be transferred to your PayPal account. You can report any questions to our customer service at any time. We are happy to help you.
